By submitting an order application and sending the purchase request for a "product" on the VVPod website, the buyer makes a binding offer for a contract of sale of the featured product. An email confirming the order is sent, indicating receipt but not approving the offer. The contract activates when VVPod ships the ordered product, confirmed in a second email.

The contract concludes upon full delivery to the provided address. VVPod strives to replace unavailable products promptly. If unsuccessful, the buyer is informed, and if payment was made, a refund is processed.

VVPod reserves the right to deny or cancel orders for any reason, notifying the customer. Orders violating this agreement or any law may be canceled, even if confirmed and paid. Refunds are issued if the cancellation occurs before product receipt.

Buyers/users can use valid credit cards or PayPal to purchase without membership. Product prices are fixed at the order time, charged upon placement.

VVPod may employ trusted third-party services for payments. In case of delinquent payments, VVPod may transfer claims to a debt collection agency with necessary personal information.

Buyers/users/customers must provide accurate delivery addresses. VVPod isn't responsible for undelivered products due to incorrect addresses.

Orders cannot be canceled post-submission once printing begins. Cancellations before printing incur a 15% fee. The printing process starts as early as the same or next business day.

Customers have 30 days post-shipping for refunds/exchanges. Damaged or wrongly received products prompt replacement after buyer proof submission within 14 days. Exchange applies only to physical products.

Buyers must validate product quality, as VVPod doesn't screen all content. Exchange policies don't apply to content, only physical products.

Despite caution, products may have errors. Orders with such issues will be canceled, and necessary actions will be taken.

Products ship to customer-specified addresses through chosen providers. Shipping charges vary based on size, weight, price, and location. Delivery times differ based on the delivery location.

VVPod is authorized to dispose of excess products due to refunds, reprints, fraud, sampling, or promotional activities.
