Amazon SP-API Compliance
VVPod is built to fully comply with Amazon's Selling Partner API policies, including the Data Protection Policy (DPP) and Acceptable Use Policy (AUP).
What VVPod for Amazon Does:
- Receives and processes orders from Amazon for print-on-demand fulfillment.
- Synchronizes product listings and inventory between VVPod and Amazon.
- Uploads shipping and tracking information to Amazon upon order shipment.
- Provides sellers with order management tools and fulfillment status visibility.
What VVPod for Amazon Does NOT Do:
- Sell, share, or disclose customer data to unauthorized third parties.
- Use Amazon customer data for marketing, advertising, or profiling.
- Store personally identifiable information beyond the fulfillment period (31 days post-shipment).
- Circumvent Amazon's checkout, payment, or transaction processes.
Data Protection:
- All data encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.2+).
- Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) required for all production access.
- Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) with need-to-know enforcement.
- Customer PII automatically purged 31 days after shipment.
- Immediate data deletion upon authorization revocation.
- 24-hour breach notification to Amazon and affected parties.
